What MIVA Cost does
- Estimates built on your costs. Labor with Peruvian payroll burden (EsSalud, CTS, bonuses, vacation, SCTR, life insurance), materials with waste, owned or rented equipment, subcontractors, and indirect costs.
- Field rotations. Crews on 14×7, 20×10, or 6×1 rotations, night shifts, per diem, and PPE per person-day for industrial and mining services.
- Is it worth it?. Week-by-week cash flow with your payment terms, detracción, withholding, and retention: how much money you need and how much you really make after financing the job.
- Professional proposal. PDF and web proposal with read receipts and e-signature acceptance. Indirect costs and margin are built into each price: your client never sees your costs.
- AI assistant. Builds a first draft from the job description. The AI suggests line items; prices always come from your catalog and the calculation engine.
- Execution and collections. Progress billing, purchasing, daily reports, actual progress vs. estimate, and e-invoicing through your own Nubefact account.

Excel got you started. It won't help you grow.
A project with a 20% margin paid at 45 days can leave you with only 16% real profit and out of cash halfway through. MIVA Cost shows you the profit you'll actually keep, before you sign.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. You create your account (Google sign-in works too) and get 7 days on the Start plan. We only ask for your logo when you build your first proposal and your RUC (tax ID) when you send it. When the trial ends you choose a plan; if you don't, your data stays saved in read-only mode.
What is "Is it worth it?"?
It's the project's week-by-week cash flow with your payment terms, detracción, withholding, and retention. It tells you how much money you'll need, how much you really make after financing the job, and which terms to ask for so the job is worth it.
Can I invoice my clients from MIVA?
On Business and Pro you connect your own Nubefact account: each progress billing is invoiced with your series, with detracción and credit terms, always with a preview. MIVA doesn't invoice on your behalf: it's the bridge to your account.
Is the payroll burden up to date?
It comes preloaded with Peruvian reference values, and you can edit it to match your labor regime, your SCTR insurer, or your EPS. Each company has its own parameters.
Can I use my own rates?
Yes. The base catalog is a starting point: you change salaries, equipment rates, and resource costs, and add your own.
Does my client see my costs?
No. The PDF proposal builds indirect costs and margin into each price. Only you see your costs, your profit, and your minimum price.
Does it work for my industry?
Yes, if you sell jobs or products that involve labor, materials, equipment, or suppliers: industrial and mining services, construction and installations, software and consulting, events and catering, pastry, manufacturing, and retail. When you sign up you choose your industry and we load reference job roles, equipment, and supplies. For quantity takeoffs from BIM drawings or public works bid packages there are specialized tools; if you already use S10, you can import its estimates.
How much does the AI cost?
It's included in every plan with a monthly number of uses (from 10 on Start to 300 on Pro), and your first draft is free. If you run out, you get courtesy uses and can buy packs of 100 uses that never expire. Templates, automatic checks, Is it worth it?, and all calculations don't use AI.
Where is my data?
On Supabase and Cloudflare servers, over an encrypted connection. Each company can only access its own information. More details in the privacy policy.
How is it different from Excel or S10?
Excel doesn't include payroll burden, rotations, or cash flow, and every spreadsheet breaks differently. S10 is designed for construction projects with full technical documentation. MIVA Cost is built for companies that quote services and jobs every week: it builds the estimate with your costs, tells you whether the job is worth it, and generates the proposal; if you already use S10, you can import its estimates.
